Hemisphere Restaurant

Hemisphere is in the hotel at the airport. It boasts a beautiful view of the runway and our meal was incredible. You can expect healthy portions and the perfect blend of flavors. Highly recommended for the atmosphere, ambiance, service and cuisine.

I was super shocked! The food was excellent. The octopus was some of the most tender I have eaten, anywhere!!! The sliders were tasty and the roasted vegetables, perfectly salted. It’s pricy but it’s in an airport hotel and there is that thing called inflation.

Great restaurant!! The view is amazing-- you can watch airplanes take off and land, and you can watch the Brightline trains, the trams, and the cars pass -- it's all very cool to watch. The drinks and the food are also amazing-- we had the scallops and salmon on this particular occasion. The service was also fantastic -- the staff are very friendly and attentive. Directions here are a bit of a challenge since Google Maps tries to take you to the perpetually-jammed Terminal A to access the Hyatt (Hemisphere is at the airport Hyatt), but you can access the hotel's parking lot via Terminal B, which is much more manageable. The restaurant also validates parking -- just make sure to ask your waiter to do that before you leave.

The tomahawk steak was a little salty for my personal taste, but still so delicious. The sauce was fabulous. The cocktails were unavailable except for sangria and it was wonderful. Very kind staff. Very attentive and quick to help. We will be back!! Great views from this restaurant.

Good views with good food. Hemisphere Restaurant is located on the top floor of the Hyatt Regency Orlando Airport. Very convenient elevated dining at the airport outside security. You can watch the planes take off while you drink, snack & eat. It has floor-to-ceiling windows of night skies dotted with planes in the pattern. Inside, there is a fantastic lit up wine walls with a bar. I had the cheese plate, the chipotle ceasar salad and the cauliflower. All were really good.

Our experience here was absolutely marvelous!!! The waiter we had was very nice & professional. All the food we had was delicious. If you're staying at the Hyatt in MCO they have an option to add 100 credit towards the restaurant & only charge 75 under your room. We'll worth it bc we spent at least 200.

We went for the Mother’s Day Brunch. The location and ambiance is great because you can see the airplanes landing and taking off in the background while enjoying a meal in a very airy and relaxing restaurant. The food was nicely payed out and easy to access. The servers were very attentive refilling our drinks including mimosas and picking up the used plates. All the food was very well seasoned. The chicken was a little dry on half of the medallion that I tasted but also probably because it was sitting at the bottom of the chafing dish right over the flame. The mixed vegetable medley was perfect seasoned but because they were in a coved steaming chafing dish, they were “mushier” than you would expect but they were still delicious. The garlic mashed potatoes were flavorful. The tri tip steak was very tender and the available bourbon sauce was the perfect accompaniment. The salmon Benedict had perfectly poached eggs on top with a perfectly sized slice of smoked salmon. The raw oysters were perfectly chilled on crushed ice and the 3 sushi rolls had fresh sushi grade fish so it didn’t taste like “grocery store” cold sushi. The cocktail shrimp were big and plump and were served in shot glasses with cocktail sauce at the bottom. The various deserts were located at several self serve locations so access was very quick and easy. My girlfriend’s mother had a a wonderful time and this was her second time here for this Mother’s Day brunch and she looks forward coming back for many more.

Me and my boyfriend had one of our favorite dinner so far in Orlando! The view is fantastic, the food is amazing, the servers, the chefs, the manager, the host, everyone we met were incredible. Some items of the menu change according to the season but some they are there always. My favorite dessert was the corn creme brule !! It was delicious, I love everything made of corn. My lobster risotto was fantastic and my boyfriend loved his pork! You can go before or after a flight, but we went just for dinner, and it was amazing! The restaurant validates hotel parking, so you don’t pay anything to park! This is such a special experience and totally worth it for anyone looking for a unique dinner in Orlando. The view of the airplanes was incredible I recommend sitting at the window!
